The following policies help ensure a smooth and reliable experience for every customer.1. Estimates & PricingAll estimates are free and valid for 7 days. Pricing is based on the scope of work discussed at the time of the estimate. Any changes or unforeseen site conditions may require price adjustments, which will always be communicated and approved before proceeding.2. Payment PolicyPayment is due in full upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and online payments. Late payments are subject to a 5% service fee after 7 days.3. Scheduling & CancellationsAppointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may incur a $150 service fee. We value your time and appreciate the same in return.4. Warranty & Service CallsNew Installations: Covered under a 3–5 year manufacturer warranty and a 3-month labor warranty.Repairs & Parts: Warranty varies depending on the part and service provided, typically ranging from 30–90 days.Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, weather conditions, or work performed by other contractors.5. Return CustomersWe appreciate your continued business. Returning customers receive priority scheduling and may be eligible for loyalty discounts—please ask for details.6. Liability DisclaimerF&M Garage Door is fully insured and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. We are not responsible for issues related to pre-existing structural conditions, improper prior installations, or lack of routine maintenance.7. Customer ResponsibilityPlease ensure the garage and driveway are clear prior to our arrival. For safety reasons, keep pets and children away from the work area. If access or safety conditions are not adequate, service may be delayed or rescheduled.8. Emergency & After-Hours ServicesAfter-hours and emergency service calls are subject to availability and include an additional service fee. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated prior to dispatch.9. Scope of WorkServices are limited to the agreed-upon scope at the time of the estimate. Any additional work requested may require a revised quote or a separate appointment.10. Right to Refuse ServiceWe reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving unsafe conditions, disrespectful behavior, or failure to comply with these policies.
